As one of humanity’s greatest inventions, the automobile allows you to dramatically expand your horizons within a limited amount of time. The good news is that driving in China is actually pretty affordable and convenient — rental prices are relatively low, and getting a temporary driver’s license doesn’t require any tests. No driving experience in China? Unfamiliar with local traffic rules? Worried about the hassle of getting a temporary driving permit or renting a car in a foreign country? Don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. With our one-stop service, we take care of everything from getting a temporary driver’s license to making you confidently on the road. In addition to handling all the paperwork, we provide about two hours of on-road driving practice with an experianced coach. During the session, you’ll get familiar with practical situations you may encounter while driving in China — such as local driving habits, road signs and markings, parking rules, and how to use navigation systems effectively. The whole process takes around four hours in total: Temporary license processing — about 10 minutes Car rental — about 20 minutes On-road coaching — around 2 hours There are two locations for you to apply for your Temparory Driving License. Beijing Daxing International Airport and Beijing Capital International Airport. We’ll meet you at your chosen airport and assist you throughout the entire process. According to Chinese law, a temporary driver’s license can only be used for car rental purposes. Therefore, if you wish to have on-road driving practice, you’ll need to rent a car first — only then can we provide driving instruction on the road. After booking our service, please email us a photo of your driver’s license at least three days before your arrival. This will allow us to prepare the required official Chinese translation in time. If you plan to rent a car on site, please also let us know the date, time and location you’ll need the vehicle, so that we can arrange and recommend the most suitable available options nearby. We strongly recommend renting a car through us, as we work with some of the top car rental companies in China. Their prices are much lower than those of international rental brands！ Of course, you can also choose to book any of these services separately if you prefer.
